I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPCC) and a member of the International Coaching Federation, with more than 20 years of experience in software engineering and quality assurance leadership.

Before becoming a coach, I spent my career working in technology across startups and global organizations. During that time, I discovered that my greatest fulfillment came not only from delivering results, but from helping people grow, gain clarity, and unlock their potential.

My coaching journey grew naturally from that experience.

For more than two decades, I am leading the I Will Association, a charitable initiative dedicated to providing technology education to underprivileged children. Through this work, I have seen firsthand how belief, guidance, and opportunity can transform lives.

Today, I combine my background in software engineering with professional coaching to support QA professionals and managers navigating career growth, leadership challenges, and personal development.
